Having another problem with Enhanced Edition. (WARNING: Large Console Log)

I started up the game on enhanced mode, and right after it started it asked me to give a CD key, I skipped it and noticed it had reset all the settings (after I switched to RPG-X from Holomatch) I tried to go into the settings to change them back several times but whenever I hit "Video" or "Game Settings" it crashes. I also noticed the TLO server is no longer under Internet 4, its under internet 1.

I removed and re-installed the game and the EF patch but that didn't help either.

Anyway, here is the console log from one of the times I hit "Game Settings" I looked through it a few times but nothing really stood out to me. Any help would be greatly appreciated!  :(

And just to clarify all of this is happening on Enhanced only! Vanilla RPG-X works absolutely fine.
