The direct continuation of the exciting, opening episode of Star Trek: Discovery! Admiral Amargo, Doctor Coal.and the crew of Task Force Discovery race against time to retrieve the sought after Obelisk Carrier located beneath the Solonae Spire. Meanwhile, the crew discovers subspace activity is at an all time high. Operative Thon fears the worse, and leads a team to Station Caerleon, who reports a large subspace tear forming in their vicinity. The revelations they uncover will push the team to their limits, in the first true test of Task Force Discovery.
