Federation: Budget Assault Cruiser (Sovereign) Build

Got really, really bored and did this. It's mostly mission gear, but some must be bought from the exchange.




Main gear:
Deflector: Quantum Phase Deflector from 'Stormbound' (Future Proof arc)
Shields: Quantum Phase Shield from 'Stormbound'
Impulse Engines: Quantum Phase Impulse Engines from 'Stormbound'
Warp core: Obelisk Warpcore from 'Sphere of Influence' (Solanae Dyson Sphere arc)

Weapons:
Fore slots 1, 2, 3 ,4: Antiproton Beam Array from 'Fluid Dynamics' or 'Blood of Ancients' (the former is faster, the latter has a chance to reward beams w/ better modifiers) (Borg Advance and Iconian War arcs respectively)
Aft slots 1, 2, 3: Antiproton Beam Array from 'Fluid Dynamics' or  'Blood of Ancients'
Aft slot 4: Ancient omni Antiproton Beam Array from 'Sphere of Influence'

Consoles:
Tactical: x3 Mark XI, or XII Antiproton Mag consoles (can be picked up cheap on the exchange, aim for uncommon/rare quality. Very rare is a stretch)
Engineering:
Slot 1: Polaric Modulator (from Delta Flight, Iconian War arc)
Slot 2, 3, 4:  x3 Mark XI, or XII Neutronium Alloy consoles (can be picked up cheap on the exchange, aim for uncommon/rare quality. Very rare is a stretch)
Science:
Slot 1: Temporal Disentanglement Suite (from Butterfly, Iconian War arc)
Slot 2: Mark XI, or XII Field Generator Console (can be picked up cheap on the exchange, aim for uncommon/rare quality. Very rare is a stretch)

Devices:
Slot Shield, Weapon, Auxiliary or Engine batteries - your preference
Subspace Field Modulator (from Skirmish, Klingon War arc)

Abilities:
Lieutenant Tactical: Ensign - Tactical Team I, Lieutenant - Beam: Fire at Will II
Ensign Tactical: Ensign - Tactical Team I
Commander Engineer: Ensign - Emergency power to shields I, Lieutenant - Reverse Shield Polarity I, Lt. Commander - Emergency power to Weapons III, Commander - Directed Weapon Modulation III
Lt. Commander Engineer: Ensign - Engineering Team I, Lieutenant - Auxiliary to Structural Integrity I, Lt. Commander - Aceton Beam 1




This isn't the best build, but it'll do for doing endgame content until you can get a better ship/better gear. If anybody has any questions/criticisms, please post them below.
