Personal History:
Born in Paris, Earth, Angelique was raised in a fairly strict household. While her parents loved her and made no secret of it, often taking her for trips to the seaside, they wanted her to grow up knowing the virtues of Starfleet and the Federation and to uphold them any way she can.
She entered Starfleet Academy at the legal entry age and graduated as class Valedictorian at the class of 2353 having studied Anthropology and Archaeology with Literature and Drama as her secondary and tertiary areas of interest.
Her first posting was on the USS Crazy Horse in 2354 as an Ensign working as a Science Officer where she served until being transferred to the USS Alliance in 2360 as Lt Jg working as part of an expedition to to the Biewa system, observing the locals who have degraded to a medieval life style after polluting their homeworld with their former advanced technology in 1996.
She was promoted to the full rank of Lieutenant in 2362 and served on the USS Iowa and was placed on loan to the Utopia Yards to help with the construction of the USS Enterprise and was present for its launch in 2363. She worked as a Lt Commander on Deep Space Nine during Refit operations during the Dominion War in 2373 to 2375 and served aboard the USS Athena, a Nebula Class vessel refitted as a Hospital ship.
After the war she was promoted to Commander and posted to Genesis Station. She is a strict and stern woman with her eyes always firmly on the goals.

Aujourd'hui, le dispositif Omega a été mis en ligne , après des semaines de dur labeur installer le dur labeur de Doctor P'Trell a finalement payé. Le dispositif permet l'utilisation de l'effet tunnel quantique, comme elle disait. Selon la base de données de la bibliothèque de la station cette technologie est utiliser dans de multiples domaines de conductivité quantique à la technologie de microscope et même dans l'utilisation de créer un moteur plus rapidement que Warp Drive .
Toutefois, il a même utilisations de la technologie des armes , c'est ce qui me concerne sur cette technologie . Il pourrait en théorie être utilisé pour créer un champ d'énergie autour d'une torpille qui pourraient lui permettre de pénétrer les systèmes de plantation coque boucliers et . Cela pourrait s'avérer très dangereux si cette technologie n'a jamais été acquise par une faction hostile à la Fédération et de ses alliés .
Pendant le test de l'activation du dispositif , j'ai remarqué que le bon docteur a été ... distrait. Quand elle leva la main à partir de la console d'activation , elle semblait désorienté et confus. Sa peau est allé de son bleu typique Andorian à celle d'un Aenar , laiteux et maladif . Ce qui me préoccupe profondément en regardant l'équipage profonde horreur et le choc et comme elle a regardé autour de la salle , elle semblait cacher quelque chose . Si cet appareil est capable de quelque chose de dangereux qu'elle a omis de nous informer .. les choses vont mal finir pour elle.

Today the Omega Device was brought online, after weeks of hard work installing it Doctor P'Trell's hard work has finally paid off. The device makes use of "Quantum Tunneling" as she put it. According to the station's library database this technology has use in multiple fields from quantum conductivity to Microscope technology and even in use of creating an engine faster than Warp Drive.
However it even has uses in weapons technology, this is what concerns me about this technology. It could in theory be used to create an energy field around a torpedo which could allow it to penetrate shields and hull planting systems. This could prove very dangerous if this technology was ever acquired by a faction hostile to the Federation and her allies.
During the activation test of the device I noticed that the good Doctor was ...distracted. When she lifted her hand from the activation console she seemed disorientated and confused. Her skin went from her typical Andorian blue to that of an Aenar, milky and sickly. This concerns me deeply as she looked at the crew with deep horror and shock and as she looked around the room she appeared to be hiding something. If this device is capable of something dangerous that she's failed to inform us about.. things will not end well for her.
I will be paying VERY close attention to the Doctor over the following days.
