The Last Outpost

Valkyrie has returned to MACO Outpost One - along with 3 Additional Dropships, a contingent of Vulcan Special Forces, and the remains of a rather large vacuum at the top of the command heap.

Major Matheson is doing what she can, with the help of Major Stone, to retain order and security that Colonel Patterson had done since Valkyrie left almost 2 years ago...

In the meantime, the Civilian Population is in terror after a recent rash of break-ins and vandalism in the civilian quarter has escalated to the murder of a shop keeper. The people on the station are in utter fear - that the Syndicate has come to claim them once again...

So here are some little tidbits that we may want to know:

In our absence, the native workers that were uncovered in the bowls of the ship as well as a series of Civilian refugees and the MACOs that were left behind have worked together to turn MACO Outpost One a formidable base in the sector. To many surrounding areas, it had served as a beacon of hope and to the shadowy elements in the region (namely, the Orion Syndicate) The Station has been a thorn in the lion's paw.

The Long and short of it is this: The Orion Syndicate have their hands in everything from here all the way to Romulus - and throughout the Quadrant - but this is where the Syndicate thrives!

Also Also - The Station is managed, defended and maintained by the United Earth Military Assault Command, however - a Civilian Leadership Council has been organized to serve as an advisory board to the Station Commander on matters pertaining to life on the station.

Lastly, rpg_normandy_v3 will be used for the station - until such time comes that I either finish mapping v4, or we destroy it in the story (if that ever happens...)
