Inspired by this video series, http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7pLDvC7ajB4 , I downloaded RPGXCE_Setup.exe and installed it; however, when I try to connect to either one of the TLO's servers (serious or unserious), which are indeed listed in the server list, I get the following symptoms:
After waiting for server status, it attempts to load collision maps, and then it drops me back to the main menu.

The server you are connecting to is not a pure server, set autodownload to No in your settings and you might be able to join the game anyway.
The TLO servers don't allow autodownloading; it needs to be off. You're missing the map, rpg_iwojima - you can find it in our Downloads database by clicking "downloads" at the top of the forum.

Auto Downloading downloads everything on the server that you don't already have.
In addition to that, the RPG-X CE is a complete install of the base filed for the game, but does not include the all of the maps used on our server, nor the model or music packs (Though I believe that's a work in progress)

As far as the maps go, there isn't a complete install due to the fact that there have been soo many map makers over the years of RPG-X. Since each of those maps are properties of their creators, and since most of those creators have fallen off the face of the earth, apparently, it'll be impossible to create a complete map installer with full legal permissions, however, the maps used on the server are categorized in our Downloads section.
I know downloading all the maps can take forever. I made a list of the maps most commonly used on the server to help people know which maps they're likely to see on the server:

uss_voyager_a

uss_serenity_b_v2
iwo_jima
strp_defiant

If you download all of these maps, you should be ok 90% of the time. Anytime someone calls up a less commonly used map, you can always download it from our dl section.

The "complete edition" refers to it being not just RPG-X, but RPG-X and all the Elite Force components you need to play RPG-X. A "complete complete" install which had EVERY map someone MIGHT choose to use on the server would be several gigabytes in size, and would thus suck up massive amounts of bandwidth, take a ton of time to download, and would have to be very frequently kept up to date somehow. In addition, we'd have to get permission from all the mapmakers who make EF maps (many of whom are no longer even contactable, and not all of which would consent, to be sure) to include all their maps and files...

Nope, and the only Google hit for that map name is your previous post at: //http://www.last-outpost.net/forum/viewtopic.php?f=5&t=2603 complaining of the lack of that map.
The voyager-a map does exist; it's been used a couple of times but isn't very well known. I'll see about having someone upload it for you guys.
