The Federation is at peace, after a decade of instability with the Romulans, Remans, So'Na and the dreaded Borg, military affairs are put aside, and the exploration side of Starfleet takes priority. Starfleet is interested in exploring the edges of the galaxy, and return to the Delta Quadrant, as well as map out the Gamma Quadrant to send new ships, and to expand the grasp of the Federation, to explore strange new worlds, to seek out new life and new civilizations, to boldly go, where no one has gone before. The USS Odyssey under the command of Captain Liam Myers is a newly commissioned Sovereign Class starship tasked with continuing the exploration of the galaxy, along with the 3rd Fleet, but unknown to the Odyssey, a group has formed to fight the Federation, and they won't stop till the last man.
