General overview: (first draft)
Ducane is a man in his mid thirties, he has had an interest in temporal physics ever since he found out his grandfather was involved in the first Federation time travel machine. He has a small moustache and beard. He is not the strongest of people but isn't bad with a phaser. He can be quite irrational on occasion also. He is usually a fairly trust worthy person.
Personal history: Ducane was born on the USS London, an escort type vessel that was assigned to Deep Space 47, so named because of its links to the infamous Starbase 47, DS47 holding similar secrets inside... His mother was the XO of the London, his father was an independent scientist who worked with Starfleet on Deep Space 47. Ducane lived on the Starbase in his childhood. He attended the stations school which taught a more than normal amount of physics, especially temporal physics. Ducane held a deep interest in this and eventually his father told him the purpose of DS47, they were trying to communicate though time to talk with the crew of Starbase 47 to avoid it's destruction. Ducane argues against this as it would breach the temporal time directive. At the age of 15, Ducane moves to Earth with his dad, shortly after the Starfleet admiralty receives a visit from the department of temporal investigations concerning the project. His mother becomes the CO of the London after the Captain is arrested in an investigation cover up. When he goes back to Earth, soon after his mother returns on maternity leave after his little sister is born. Ducane continues to learn about temporal physics on Earth and studies it and basic engineering at college. He is accepted into the academy at the age of 18, to study a minor in engineering and a major in science, specialising in temporal physics.
Service Record:
Being already skilled at both his options. Ducane learns a lot more in the academy but he flies through and does extremely well. In his third year however, he is in a relationship that goes wrong and distracts from his studies. The situation gets so that he is put on 3 month probation away from the academy. However, 1 month into this probation, a temporal anomaly is found in the sol system. The USS Hercules is sent to investigate but no one there has a great deal of expertise and the cause is undetermined. A quick search finds that the 4 cadets studying temporal physics and their two instructors are the only people available with anything like what might be sufficient knowledge to solve the issue. With the anomaly slowly growling in size and threatening to push Jupiter out of alignment with its odd gravimetric fields, Ducane and the other temporal physicists are sent on the USS Hercules to help solve the issue. None of them have a clue, except that Ducane speculates the causes and the team decided that a subspace feedback from a battle that used temporal subspace weapons at some point may be the cause. This still doesn't help them close it... One of the other cadets realises that the anomaly is throwing out anti-protons and anti-chronitons. Another cadet comes up with a plan, using 4 tricobalt devices as a delivery system to insert the right amount of protons and chronitons to neutralise the effect. They manage to shrink the effect... Ducane is the one who realises they forgot to account for the composition of the devices, they had in enough anti-titanium to neutralise the torpedo blast and try the tactic again, this time the anomaly is sealed.
After this, Ducane has his probation cancelled and is skipped through to the second half of the 4th year with the other temporal physics cadets.
Upon graduating the academy at the age of 21 he is given the rank of ensign and assigned aboard the experimental temporal ship Relativity.
He works and remains here for 8 years, eventually reaching the rank of Lieutenant.
After a shortage in the staff of the department of temporal investigations, Ducane offers his services, he takes a temporary step down from starfleet. He stays at the DTI for 4 years and helps with many issues.
After Starfleet and the DTI merge, Ducane becomes a Lieutenant again and serves as assistant chief engineer aboard the USS Graviton. He only stays in this position as a stop gap for a year.
He is then assigned as head of temporal investigations aboard the Graviton. He stays here for two years until he is approached to be reassigned to Ecclesiastes Station.

Character Bio: Trained as an expert in communications, but spent a lot of spare time practicing with a rifle, leaving her as quite the marksman. She was quickly recruited into a variety of covert assignments, making use of her communications expertise. Her marksmanship meant she also acted in a force protection role within some of these assignments. She also built up a clearance level significantly higher than most officers with her length of service. This made her an ideal choice for a high-sensitivity assignment such as this.

Lissan Aurora, daughter of John Aurora who was a medical Doctor serving on board a station in the early days of the exploration of the Delta Quadrant grew up in an environment of which had exploration as its number one priority. Lissan herself had many interests as a child but as she grew older and time came for her to go to the Academy she was fascinated by how different cultures of the Federation on Earth interacted with each-other and decided to study in the direction of sociology and culturology during the later phase of her Academy years. She has traveled around the Federation a lot for her studies and learned a lot about the many different races and species in the Federation but also studied the cultural differences between people of the same race living in other places. This included the study of Human and Vulcan behavior on a lot of outposts and other planets.
When she completed the Academy, her mother pulled some strings and managed to get her on the Ecclesiastes program.

In Starfleet Academy, he demonstrated an understanding of temporal physics that exceeded his peers although he was best at writing and using software - simulation software for instance.
After graduating, he served aboard a couple of ships in Starfleet over the next 6 years and rose to the rank of Lieutenant before he helped to avert a major temporal disaster in the year 2474. Starfleet promoted him to Lt. Commander and offered him a transfer to the Temporal Security Department, which he gladly accepted. He still technically carries the rank of Lt. Commander, although that doesn't really come into play in this Department.
Today, he is someone who understands the quirks of temporal mechanics a little better than your average Starfleet officer. He can build and run very accurate simulations of what might happen should someone change the timeline in a particular way. Though he will insist on telling you the percentage of how likely the event is to occur and that just the smallest overlooked factor can throw everything out of whack.
He learned hand to hand combat from his father, who was an instructor at Starfleet Academy, and continued to pursue it through his teenage and academy years. His skill in that aspect nearly rivals that of his father.
His personality is light hearted. He tells jokes to lighten situations, sometimes when people may not think it is appropriate, especially when he is worried. He can get a bit nervous at times.

Giovanni Magliano is the salutatorian of the Starfleet Academy class of 2473. He was selected to serve at Utopia Planitia immediately after graduation, designing engines and thrusters for new types of starships. He hails from a long family history of service in Starfleet, though he's the first to opt for engineering instead of command. His choice of career has caused some friction between him and his family.
Despite only serving for two years, Magliano is very accomplished in his own right. He almost single-handedly designed the driver coil assembly for the new Verity-class line of starships, earning him a fast promotion to Lieutenant Junior Grade. His engineering prowess makes him a top candidate for temporal incursion recovery, though he's notorious for his bad attitude towards working with a team, preferring to do things himself. Perhaps this assignment will offer some new perspective...?

After graduating from the academy, he was stationed at Starbase 23 for some time before being stationed on the Alexandra. After being covertly contacted, he was then stationed at Ecclesiastes Station. He began in a command division, but after Hourglass's incursion into the station's shuttle, he moved into the engineering division. Growing up, Joshua looked to having his own ship but for right now that must wait.

Bio:
Mike Lucsly was a member of the DTI (Department of Temporal Investigations) in the late 24th century. In a mission during 2396 he and a colleague were thrown into the future aboard whilst in pursuit of an alien time pod. Their vessel was crippled and his colleague perished after a firefight with the pod.
After a few months in the new time, Starfleet found him and after some initial disbelief, the facts did prove his story and a centuries old MIA was finally revealed.
Lucsly was one of the first officers to investigate temporal occurrences and he had more experience than many in the current time. It made sense for him to be assigned to Ecclesiastes after he was updated on the current technology. He holds a sophisticated understanding of time.

Since my Character died on Ep.18 on Ecclesiastes (Akihiro Hoshino). I thought I'll create a new one.
Character Name: Ram Yokoshiwa
Character Specialties: Engineer (Quantum Engineering, Particle Physics)
Character Bio: Ram Yokoshiwa, a problem child. Always had low grades in his days on Starfleet Academy. His father died when he was young while his mother took care of him. Always had a knack for adventures in his younger days and that was the reason why he enrolled in starfleet for action. He always had a fascination on mechanical things primarily on smaller ones. Things that cannot be explained easily through Philosophy, so he applied for the engineering course in Starfleet and to his surprised passed and graduated with flying colors. Spits out humour at the worst of times and always finds himself on the worst end of the ships he's assigned in. A very helpful hand in the transporter and warp core management of any ship although he always finds trouble with the higher brass of starfleet. I will replace Akihiro Hoshino of Cyan 2 (Btw he is a close friend of Akihiro)
