Title: Redstone from starters to advanced!

Well I decided to start a redstone tutorial type post.
This should show you the redstone basics and maybe if I have time more complicated stuff.
For all those interested i may post screen shots of my ALU when its finished along with the various other stuff.

Ok sorry Hmm well criminula told me to make this so basically I will post a lot of my knowledge in comments with pictures.
And anyone who wants to know how to do something should comment :P

Additional note: currently decided for no particular reason to start by creating a redstone memory cell for everyone to see :P

This is the basic invert built in the most explanatory way possible.
This is the basis of most redstone circuits.
The demonstration for how it works if there are people who do not understand the very basic redstone is on the minecraft wiki.

This is the more compact invert.
This is for smaller circuitry.
Warning: If your redstone knowledge is fairly simple it is probably best if you use the first one.
