As a late promotion announcement:
String has stepped down as RPG-X XO and so his rank reverted back to his old rank of Chief. Given his massive contributions to the RPG-X division and the community, I am giving him a promotion to the rank of Officer. Congratulations String, and thank you for your service! ^_^
