My video editing software doesnt seem to like my Fraps video files. Is there a possibility that someone can help me get software that can cut out the top part of the video?

What video editing software do you use?
It looks like that top bar is just there already in the game/application you frapsed.
Also, do you want to letterbox (cut out the top part and put the remaining video between
horizontal black bars with equal height at top and bottom) or do you want to remove
the bar and letterbox the remaining video to a 16:9 or 16:10 or 4:3 video format?
