Dear members of the STO division, dear fellow TLO members
The time has come. Star Trek Online, the game in the focus of this very division, has eventually reached a state where it's now available for everyone to be played! STO is free to play! :)
But what does this mean to us?
That means, we'll probably be seeing a lot of new people stopping by. Also previous players of the game who couldn't afford a subscription will most likely be back to give STO another try. This is our chance to eventually take off and establish ourselves in the STOniverse! We are fully prepared for F2P launch.
What do we offer?
We have a fully loaded fleet bank with goodies for the duff system, crafting material in two full tabs, and STF ground / space stuff (purple MK XI or better). We also can provide a friendly environment for new gamers who want to try STO for free. We offer help for newbies to get their daily stuff done, be it PVE, STF, crafting, duffing, etc. We will also be offering sheduled PVE events (teamed mission play, STF mastering, etc.).
We might grow quickly! Is the staff not too small right now?
Right now the staff is sufficient. However, we will be recruiting one or two people from the better known playerbase as requisitions and recruitment officers. We will be running events very soon on a regular basis, so we might also need an event manager not too far ahead in time.

Indeed so! You might see me much more often in the next few days, as I have scheduled my workload accordingly. I wish to spend the first few F2P days as frequently on the server as possible, so I can see lots of new people and recruit some of them myself if possible. Our XO, Gsio, will also be present whenever he can, and assist me in recruitment and requisitions and also event managing until we find specific staff for each position.
