With the launch of the Ishimura a great success the vessel was sent on a 6 Month Maiden Voyage around the Federation as a showcase to Starfleets intellectual might. Filled with the latest technology and even that which no starship has. The Prototype starship detects an unknown radiation spike in the Sagittarius-A Star system. The Home to the very heart of the Milky Way Galaxy.
