Biographical Information:
Jack Willis was born into a family of engineers. His father and mother owned an engineering shop where they would fix numerous items for people. Jack spent most of his young life playing in the engineering shop and learning the different about the different tools and how to use them. When Jack was finally old enough, he applied for the Starfleet Engineering Corps in 2372. Jack was accepted in 2373 and began his Starfleet Courses at the academy. Jack was an A student when it came to engineering but found other areas such as Astrosciences and others a challenge. He was able to push through however and graduated the academy with High Honors and with a major in Engineering. Upon his graduation, Jack was assigned to Starbase One. After 2 years serving on Starbase One, Jack was reassigned to the USS Hood and promoted to Lieutenant Junior Grade. While aboard the USS Hood, Jack learned even more about a Starships systems. After 3 years of service aboard the USS Hood, Jack requested a transfer to the USS Concord, a Soverign-Class ship. The transfer was granted and Jack began his service on the Concord as it's Assistant Chief Engineer. In 2382 Jack was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant. After a few close calls aboard the Concord, Jack decided it was time for a change of pace. He submitted a request to transfer to Asteroid Base: Alpha. Jack's request was approved and so in 2384, Jack reported for duty on Asteroid Base: Alpha. Over the course of a year, Jack helped recode the systems on Asteroid Base: Alpha. Seven months into Jack's time at Asteroid Base: Alpha, Jack suffered a severe brain injury caused by an attack by Admiral Venn. Jack suffered from memory loss that spanned the course of seven months. Jack also had a bipolar disorder caused by the brain injury. Due to this brain injury, Jack believed that he was sent on a mission from Admiral Venn to kill Captain Amber Munro. But whenever Jack would see Amber, he would forget this fabricated mission. Two months after the attack, Jack was told the truth about Admiral Venn and the attack. This caused Jack to go into a shock and he was quickly moved to the Medical Bay. Upon revival, Jack's memory of the attack and time before the attack had returned but he had no memory of the past two months. Jack has now applied for a transfer to a higher position and is now awaiting confirmation of said transfer.
