Personal History: Life Prior to Adoption in 2370 has been redacted at the request of Ms Swan. Passed the Basic Entry exam for Starfleet Academy. Rejected acceptance to Academy, citing that the Galaxy can offer her more than an Academy ever could. Attended multiple schools of higher education across Federation space majoring in Xenoarcheology, Theoretical and Hypothetical Physics. Won the Daystrom Award in Cybernetics in 2381 for her work in Cybernetic Interfaces. Later won an award for her work in Enhanced Bio-Neural Gel Networks.
Psychological Profile: Overconfident, is the best word to describe Ms Swan. She is very sure of herself and her abilities and she is not afraid to let others know this. She frequently rubs people that hardly know her the wrong way due to her fearless attitude towards a command structure. And is not afraid to put people well within their place if she feels it necessary.
Arrested Multiple times by Starfleet for using scientific equipment on Memory Alpha without Authorization but this has not deterred her from using what she deems a necessity in her work. Can be a handful and during initial interviews Ms Swan was passive-aggressive towards the interviewer. This appears to be some sort of defence mechanism triggered when someone attempts to get close to her or question her work. Was arrested six times in 2384 on Memory Alpha for the theft and unauthorized use of equipment and once for assault of a Starfleet Officer.
Intelligence: Ms Swan has shown an extremely high level of self-awareness and intelligence compared to a typical Human. It was believed that she was Genetically Engineered but this was not the case. She has on an occasion shown a tendency to isolate herself when working on something of importance to her. And has frequently used her feminine wiles to achieve her goals. This could be a learnt trait given that she was Born on a Backwater planet where views towards women were at best, archaic.
