The name "Centaur", in the common tongue, means "defiled one". The Centaur came to being while the Olympian Elite were working on their paradise. The Centaur are the direct decendants of Olympians and Minotaur, bearing some distinct features from both. Over the generations, the Centaur have begun to embrace their heritage, at the dismay of the Minotaur, who, in a way, are still seeking revenge for their long enslavement.
As a result of their heritage, The Centaur were a second class citizen on the Planet Taurus. Serving as little more than slaves, the weaker, less aggressive Centaur had become sub-servant to the needs and desires of the Minotaur, until the Equality Act was signed by King Minosus of Taurus, granting the Centaur equal rights.
Being more prone to the arts and philosophy, Centaurs are thinkers and problem solvers. Until recently, the two races lived in peace, but one Centaur: Uriah Sam, has stood up and begun a liberation movement, in the hopes of recieving equal treatment for all the races on Taurus.
