Something I missed out in the latest update is the changes to the way we handle the SRP's music. In the past, a collection of tracks have been bundled together and generally left to supplement TLO's other music packs for the entire run. We have since decided to change this up for Asteroid Field. For AF, many of the selected tracks were included for specific episodes and scenes. Since our seasons are now almost twice the length of AB's, some of these will have been gathering dust for up to four months (a third of the year!)
So instead, we have decided to put together music packs every half-season (eight episodes / two months). This ensures a different selection of scores are available in general, but also allows to pack in more episode-specific pieces without having the largest file size. New versions replace older versions, so there is no need to keep the pk3s - unless you just want the music!
As ever, the Pioneer Music Pack remains an optional download, though is designed to enhance certain parts of the roleplay. Other music packs listed (such as House's Music Packs) will not be used in this way - but remain in use due to their popularity and useful tracks.
Version 1.5 will be up for download as soon as it is ready. In other words, as soon as I get Griffiths' files! :)
