This episode takes place between "Bad Moon Rising" and "The Judgement of Paris"
All non-critical controlled traffic through the Tyrella Sector remains at a standstill, 72 hours since Deputy Chief of Staff Renee Hampton was attacked and abducted en-route to Starbase 215. Chaplain is forced to remain in the Accobar System in the aftermath of G'rath's attack and the loss of Asteroid Base: Alpha's command staff. Confusion still runs riot as nobody claims responsibility for the act - and all leads run to dead ends. The clock is ticking until the first phase of the search ends and the crew of Pioneer Station must adapt to a changing horizon.
What about the former-AF personnel aboard the athena?

I've changed the time period of the episode. It now takes place very early on the in the three week gap before the S1 finale.
Ah nice, in "The Judgement of Paris", I already hinted at stuff Jemma had been doing for 3 weeks, this is a nice opportunity to dig into that :P
