"We would need to blow up a star to even get close."

Although we have been denied the adventures of Willis & Costello in Tabor's office, Asteroid Field returned with a big old reunion - of sorts.

After it was revealed that Renee was on the other end of that gun shot from the Season 1 Finale, and that the President was on the verge of approving a drastic retaliatory operation, a bout of familiar faces returned to Pioneer Station. Daniel Thrace & David Rush made their first appearances for some time in the Accobar System, with Chloe Harper in tow. Having four heads of the Accobar Science Project in the same place could only signal the start of something important. So hey, before you know it, Melia Clarke has re-appeared since her part in the disappearance of Asteroid Base: Alpha. Moreso, she has taken an interest in Thrace's D'ni power crystal and the Hobus Star System. Begin stroking your invisible beards.

Things started to heat up once the refugee ship arrived. One of the new arrivals evaded security and prevented himself from being seen by Chaplain until he had the chance to rummage through Hampton's old office. Simultaneously, Doctor Rush had vanished - after having Jemma Etis (now seemingly aware that her sister is safe and healthy) provide him with information on the Accobar Transmat Device. Before the search could reach it's conclusion, the rogue refugee revealed himself to Chaplain in Ops.

It was Ryan Burke, requesting full immunity signed by President Taylor. In return, the location of Renee Hampton. Truth, or lie? Alive, or dead? Witness the end to this long running tale, at the same time next week. Thank you all for attending, rate and discuss, above and below.

Verry nice season opener which answered some questions and also introduced some more. Nice combination of most plot lines running in the series, although I am a bit vague on names, but that is just me and my never-able-to-remember-names brain. It is also nice to see how the political landscape and command structure is changing after all the events that have happened.

All in all one of the best season openers i've seen in a while (including tv shows i might add). Nice job Grizz and Griff!

I'm now even more sad that I'm going to be away for the next two episodes.

I'm very curious to hear from the "poor" vote.

*Jedi mind trick* There is no poor vote.

Actually, there isn't. There is one 'average' vote though.
