So rpgxce works like a charm but Rpgxef.exe starts in holomatch, graphics setting wont work and the mouse is dragging which it does the same in game. Yet Rpgxce works on everyone of those issues but doesnt have TLO servers on it

We have migrated our servers over to the enhanced edition so the base rpgxce install, while functional, will no longer discovery any TLO servers.
We currently have tow servers, one runs rpgxEF 2.2.844 and the other 2.3b2. There are presently instructions in the RPG-X forums how to get both versions installed simultaneously on your computer, but there is currently no installer. One is in development and will be made available within a few weeks.
In the mean time, it sounds like you didn't install rpgxEF correctly, or you're not launching it correctly. Double-clicking rpgxEF.exe will launch you into holomatch and not RPG-X because rpgxEF is the engine and holomatch is the default game mode. You have to tell rpgxEF to load RPG-X2 at startup or it will load into the default holomatch. When you installed rpgxEF ( AKA RPG-XCE Enhanced), a shortcut sohuld have been made for you. If not, I can tell you what to do.
Make a shortcut to rpgxEF.exe and add the following to the end of the target
+set fs_game RPG-X2
That should launch you into RPG-X when you click the shortcut. Unfortunately memorizing settings is a problem with version 2.2.844, but it is entirely resoled in 2.3 which we are currently int he process of migrating to.
I've already done this earlier, but the laggy mouse cursor wont go away
Jon, I'm going to try to help you one issue at a time - so let's start with getting RPGXCE to launch the correct version.
When you go to start RPG-X, how are you starting it? If you are using 8.4.4 and 2.3, DON'T start through the RPGXCE launcher - use the shortcuts on your desktop instead.
I made a rpgxef shortcut and all I know is it has a laggy mouse cursor that wont go away. Now I have to be forced to use it and its unbearfulness
Have you tried adjusting the advanced graphics settings for OpenGL from within the launcher? See here (http://last-outpost.net/downloads/info/rpgxce/manguide.html#launcher_adv) for how to do that.
What is your graphics card?
Is this 8.4.4 or 2.3 that you're having the issue on?
I don't understand what a laggy cursor is. Are you saying the game is stuttering or has varying FPS?
Try renaming rpgxef.exe to quake3.exe for kicks and see what happens. (NOTE, you might need to ajdust the shortcut)
I've had this same problem before on my previous pc. Actually, it happened to me when renaming the .exe to wolfsp.exe. The mouse cursor just moves very slowly and after a sudden threshold, it shoots away in the direction your moving, very annoying. Something is going wrong with the game and mouse acceleration somehow, there is no way to fix it in game.
Jon, try what veritas and Telex suggested. Renaming the .exe of rpg-x ce to quake3.exe fixed the problem for me back then.
