Little is known about the Persian Empire, though through the History books of the Legion on Romulus, It can be assumed that the Persians were once slaves.
All that is truly known is that the Persian Empire is an amalgamation of various races all under the same banner and that Their Military is ruthless, even within their own ranks...
There are many reports of Executive Officers killing their commanders in "Honorable Combat" to advance in rank...though all of these circumstances were due to a derelict commander, or one who has disobeyed orders.
Overall, the Persians are at their heart, an honorable people. How they have succumb to the Hadin is still unknown, all that is known is - they can be a valuable friend, or a formidable enemy.
