Hello everyone,
As promised, it's time to cast your vote and decide which of the opening batch of episodes this season was your favorite! Yes, even if you're someone who has rated every episode the same in the discussion threads - I'm making you pick one! It doesn't matter if you haven't attended them all, I'm just interested to find out which worked best for you - and preferably why.
So do feel free to let me know below!
I, Rogan:
The One Where: The crew celebrate Doctor Rogan's longevity in the Accobar System by almost getting him killed on a holographic representation of the USS Enterprise.
The Doppelgänger Heist
The One Where: An imposter steals Mason's identity and causes confusion aboard the station, before escaping with Pioneer's fusion core.
Power Struggle:
The One Where: The Hera chases after the Telosian ship responsible for the fusion core theft, learning that it was all a ploy to draw them to the Telosian border.
Hocus Pocus, Hokem
The One Where: A rival space station is responsible for an elaborate hoax, sending an away team exploring a series of supposedly haunted caverns.
God Only Knows
The One Where: The crew learn that they are holographic characters in a simulation ran by The Director. Oh, and Jemma kisses the Captain.
Personal Responsibility
The One Where: The crew prepare for Federation Day and reopening of the Promenade in various ways. Primarily practicing the art of Klingon cuisine. The Director executes Walter Peirce.
Federation Day:
The One Where: Jemma's father leads a clandestine rescue mission to a Romulan holding facility to rescue his wife. Pioneer is stormed by Ambassador Taval.
Family Day:
The One Where: The Hera is sent out to locate a tricorder believed to contain information on the future, in return for the safety of Pioneer's remaining crew and their relatives on board. Henry Etis, Jemma's father, is killed. The Director executes Taval.
I think its no suprise to what episode my vote goes for obvious reasons, however, if i would pick a 2nd best one, it would definately be "God Only Knows"!
