Post by: Klaw on May 01, 2016, 12:08:21 PM
The following file has been granted to Starfleet Command by the Interspecies Medical Exchange at the request of General Klaw of the Klingon Defense Forces.

Name: Klaw
Date of Birth (In terms of Earth Date): December 9th, 2095
Education: Klingon War College of Rura'krath (2117)
Vulcan Medical Academy of Tal'sek (2140)
Position: Surgeon General of the Klingon Defense Forces
Date of Entry into the IME: March 16th, 2145

Little is known about Klaw's childhood, the information on file points to the fact that he is the eldest of three children; a brother and a sister. He is presently the leader of the House of Korr, one of the largest  and most influential houses in the Klingon Empire. Klaw's Brother is a captain in the Klingon Defense forces, and his sister is the Governor of H'atoria.

Klaw is believed to have been married to the youngest sister of Chancellor G'rath, with which they had one daughter, K'leor. An Accident that took place in 2136 led Klaw to persue a career in medicine. K'leor was caught in an accident when a cargo trawler lost control of its pallet and 3 fully loaded crates of bloodwine collapsed on her, shattering her spine and nearly killing her. Klaw was unable to perform the right of  Hegh'bat, and instead chose to pursue other options after a Vulcan physician offered a ray of hope in this dismal time.

K'leor is a paraplegic, bound to a wheel chair, but is alive and healthy thanks to the skill and dedication of a Vulcan Surgeon who just happened to be in the system to demonstrate new surgical techniques. Klaw was inspired, and asked Doctor Torvik for a referral to attend Medical school; In the hopes of one day completely restoring his daughter's ability to walk. Torvik administered an aptitude exam, and wrote a letter of recommendation three days later for Klaw to attend the prestigious Vulcan Medical Academy at Tal'sek.

During Klaw's four years in Medical school he discovered and worked to overcome a few short comings. He discovered his temper was short, his bedside manner was lacking, and above all - his skill with a blade proved to be less than proficient (Atleast, with a small scalpel, as he can work wonders with a bat'leth).

Klaw worked every day, took on a mentor to aid him in Vulcan meditation practices, and ultimately never gave up. Graduating with Honors, Klaw returned to the KDF and found himself back on the bridge of a warship to take on the expanding Romulan Star Empire.

During the Battle of Drelax II, Klaw commanded a contingent of the KDF's most elite warriors. Leading a 'suicide' mission behind the line, Klaw was able to attack and secure 12 Romulan Hardpoints simultaneously with only 24 Warriors. After approaching (And Killing) the Romulan Commander, His Sub-commander was able to arrive at an agreement with Commander Klaw, and the battle of Drelax II was resolved in less than 72 hours. Klaw was promoted to General, and then later named Surgeon General of the Klingon Defense Forces when Chancellor G'Rath took power.

As Surgeon General, Klaw is one of the Top 4 officers in the Klingon Military Hierarchy, answering only to the Chief of Staff and the Chancellor. Klaw has also introduced a number of medical advancements to the Klingon Society, slowly improving the care available throughout the Empire.

Klaw maintains a residence on H'atoria which he shares with his daughter, and partakes in hobbies including Bat'leth Tournaments, Klingon Opera, and Painting.

On July 25th, 2156 it was revealed that this Klaw was the Sylis clone all along.

After murdering his brother, and the high council of the Klingon Empire, Klaw has assumed the mantle of Chancellor of the Empire - at this stage his intentions are unknown, but it can be assumed that a new enemy has been unmasked.

In light of this revelation, all record of his Starfleet Service has been stripped, and labeled Top Secret.

This file is now closed.
