Biographical Information: (Still have more to add) Two months before the bombing on earth by "The Director", Veronica James was promoted to the rank of Major, and was placed in command of the 7th Cavalry, First Battalion's Baker Company. After the attack, James loaded her men aboard Daedalus and served as a Special detachment to aid Starfleet in bringing those responsible to justice.
While aboard Daedalus, They uncovered the remains of an in tact unknown alien ship located in the center of a large starship graveyard. After assessing the damage it was determined that this ship is unable to fly again, but it's strategic position opened a few doors. At the request of Major James, Starfleet and MACO command granted Baker Company command of MACO Outpost 1, aboard the old abandoned warship - turned station.
