We're changing up the system a bit. We're looking to have 5 staff in the department. CO, XO, a Community Leader and two Community Assistants.
The RPG-X Community Leader will gain access to the RPG-X Planning Forum and will work on projects with the rest of the RPG-X staff to help promote RPG-X and make it easier for members to learn about the opportunities TLO offers.
The RPG-X Community Leader will also be somewhat responsible for the Community Assistants.Becoming Community Leader will grant you access to the RPG-X server password and will require you to take on the role of a server administrator.
This role may include:
• teaching newer and less experienced players
• Controlling or removing a disruptive player from an RP
• Making sure the server maps are set to a default map
• Planning and executing events
• Providing admin effects or music to an RP etc.
It should also be noted that taking this position is a good way to demonstrate your skills and work ethic to the RPG-X department and the rest of TLO.
Requirements:
• A passion for RPG-X
• At least six hours a week to devote to working on projects in the RPG-X Department.
• Frequent RPer and/or SRP attendee
• Capable and reliable
• Administrative skills
Nice to have:
• Good writing and communication skills
• Access to game recording and image editing software
• Punctual
