Episode Summary: The attack on Starfleet Headquarters, and the President of the United Federation of Planets, ushers in a new era for the Alpha Quadrant. The Asteroid Base crew soar towards the Accobar System aboard the Athena, but first face a gauntlet run as they encounter the aftermath of Peirce's message of uprising. The Illuminati plot has seen strategic placements of ships and personnel devoted to change across the board - and now they're making their simultaneous strike. As the crew engage in their first ship-to-ship conflict, the plot unfolds further back on Earth. How did Peirce infiltrate Earth and Starfleet Headquarters security? How involved was the President in Operation: Trojan? How high does the conspiracy truly lay?

While the politicians aim to stop those who planned the attack, the crew are left to defend themselves against those who supported it. I'm sorry Talus, you're about to have a lot more work to do.
