===Starfleet History Record===

Timothy Rogan was aged 13 when he was admitted to the Academy. Acing the entrance exam, he gladly accepted a position within and quickly became a Cadet known for his medical expertise. Attaining no less that perfect scores in all medical classes, Rogan graduated from the Academy with Honours in Medicine at age 18. It took him an extra 2 years to graduate due to his inability to pass the general Engineering tests. Graduating from the Academy, Tim was automatically head-hunted by Starfleet Medical for research, public and otherwise.

Not much is known about the classified research Timothy did at Starfleet Medical. All that is known is that Doctor Beverly Crusher became a strong mentor for Timothy and it was at Starfleet Medical that his crude and focused personality surfaced. The public research Tim did at Medical was well-known to be xenomorphic in nature and eventually lead to the development of a chemical that unlocked the Andorian gene for fighting the Andorian Plague that swept occasionally across Andoria's poorer population.

Soon after the cure, Asteroid Base: Alpha was set to open. It was clear that the station would need a Chief Medical Officer who was capable of handling new situations with ease. The person chosen for this job was Tim Rogan. Tim's psychological evaluation, which implied that he was unfit to serve beyond a 3 light year radius of Earth, mysteriously vanished en route to the Council while they were evaluating potential candidates and thus, Tim was chosen to serve as the Chief Medical Officer aboard Asteroid Base: Alpha.

Tim's time aboard the Asteroid Base: Alpha was filled with medical research in nanotechnology. The complete records of his time aboard the station are available from the Commander-in-Chief of Starfleet Operations upon request. What came out of Rogan's time aboard the station for certain was heavy advancements in nanite technology, which have had recurring impacts on the Accobar Science Project. It is also known that Rogan was married to Counselor Astrid Kelma, who went missing during time spent on Earth at Starfleet Command. Starfleet has connected with [REDACTED] and is working with [REDACTED] to learn what happened to Kelma.

For the time being, the Federation Concil has seen fit to reassign Doctor Tim Rogan to the civilian research station Pioneer. He will be continuing his research in a variety of Medical Fields, not the least of which is continuing to perfect his nanite technology.
