"Personal Responsibility"

Season Five - 2389-2390

As Pioneer puts Accobar on the road to recovery, the crew find that the journey they have embarked upon is not destined to be a smooth one. Doctor Rogan tests his leadership skills in command of the USS Enterprise (NCC-1701), before Pioneer falls victim to an elaborate heist, with a personal connection to a member of the senior staff. The Etis family history is blown open while the Hera finds itself in an unprecedented encounter at the border of Telosian space. All the while, the station adjusts to it's latest First Officer and other new arrivals.

In the background, green-blooded machinations build to a startling turn of events on Federation Day. Ambassador Taval will see you now...

Asteroid Field Season Five - January 2015
A semi-reboot of the main storyline, there has never been a better time to jump in to the longest running RPG-X saga!

There is a wait before the fifth season begins, so here's a month's worth of episode titles and a few hints as compensation - with a redacted word because, you know, spoilers  :P

Episode One – "I, Rogan" – Swapped roles aboard the Enterprise on the Holodeck. Took seven years for the classic "Holodeck Malfunction" episode.

Episode Two (Part 1) – "The Doppelgänger Heist" – Deception. Trickery. Disappearances. Theft. Secrets. Soon to be McClintock & Archibald's darkest day.

Episode Three (Part 2) – "The [redacted] Two" – A high-speed chase and recovery operation, with a case of sibling rivalry on steroids.

Episode Four - "Hocus Pocus, Hokum" – No such thing as magic, until there is. Mind-bending investigation on an alien world.

Oh dear. And here I thought it couldn't possibly get any worse! But now that you've said it..

It's unlikely to be a twitch event for the trailer reveal, this time  :P

Oh Crim... did I forget to mention...?

Hopefully it will be worth the considerable wait.

criminula

I'd been secretly hoping for it to return. :) I'm looking forward to it.

"I, Rogan" will feature a very early tease of where this season will be heading through it's second half - which I have now locked down...

"Dark Star"

Season Five, Part Two - 2390

Pioneer is once again open for business, but a suspicious Starfleet death on the Promenade brings the Federation under fire as the incident is soon linked to the deaths of Romulan Ambassador Taval and Walter Peirce. As the Romulans provide evidence that the Klingons were responsible - with the Klingons believing that a Federation conspiracy has placed them in the frame - Mason's hopes of reuniting all three parties at Accobar seem a distant possibility. But when the Captain is abruptly summoned to what she believes to be a Starfleet inquiry, Renee Hampton returns to Pioneer in order to help prevent the work she started five years ago from becoming obsolete.

However, the investigation and reaction to Taval's death has been fabricated from the start. The Director continues to manipulate the situation from behind the scenes, preparing to blindside the Alpha Quadrant with a firestorm that even she may not be able to control - and will cost Pioneer's crew dearly by this season's end... and all in the name of peace.

Klaw

Looking forward to dropping in on this...

Looking forward to seeing you there Klaw. If my information is correct, the second half of this season is going to be quite spectacular, with an interesting turn of events and the start of an ever bigger plotline which will run through in the next season.

I hope there will be some more memorable characters there to stay for the run, especially those from newer member or those who have joined and left in the past. It would be nice to have some 'canon' explanations as to their disappearance aswell :P Perhaps you can extend your characters bio a bit. Having something like a nice background handy enhances the experience and can contribute to the plot as a whole as we've seen several times this season already!

I did this for the opening episodes - I may as well do it again!

Episode Nine – "The Accobi Resurgence" - There's a signal from Accobar Three and Pioneer's on the move. Parting of the ways.

Episode Ten – "External Affairs" - A murder brings Renee Hampton back to avoid a crisis. Klingon & Romulan allegiances are decided.

Episode Eleven – "[Redacted]" - Flashback. The Director origins. President G'rath. Illuminati. Battle over Earth. Two major characters meet over tea in the present.

Episode Twelve (Part 1) – "Dark Star" - The operation launches as The Director steps foot on Pioneer.

Episode Thirteen (Part 2) – "Accobi [Redacted]" - The endgame is revealed and nothing is sacred. The Alpha Quadrant is on the brink of catastrophe and it's all thanks to one woman.
