Episode 1: Phoenix

After a base is constructed on the edge of the Andromeda Galaxy by a coalition of Federation, Klingons and Romulan Republic members in orbit of the class M world, Phoenix. Starfleet and the head of the coalition council agrees it is time to send the first fleet of starships out. This fleet is lead by the USS Yeager under the command of Captain Simon Gallagher. After a long journey of more than a year, the fleet finally reaches Phoenix. Along the way they have placed long range communications buoys meaning that contact with Starfleet is possible with just a 2 hour delay however despite this most decisions will come down to the base commander, Admiral Lopez. After a welcome, Yeager is soon sent on her first mission into the unknown...

About 6000 light years away from the edge of Andromeda, Yeager's warp core breaks down yet again. With less than half an hours travel to go, they are stranded. Eventually they are able to repair the warp drive and make it to Phoenix.
After a year of travel, they are given two weeks shore leave in which the Phoenix engineers refit Yeager's warp drive to function properly.


Shore leave now over they are sent out on their first mission. Less than an hour into it, the Captain and acting XO are kidnapped by aliens who then order them to surrender or be boarded. They refuse and the ship is soon under siege by hostile aliens.
