Whenever i try to download rpgx ultimate it just says extract can not work find bin file to extract to

You propabably didn't download the entire package. This is a common problem. Make sure you have 3 .bin files next to the executable after you have unpacked the RPG-X_Ultimate_Edition.7z archive. If not, then your download did not complete succesfully.

So this is what you should see after unpacking the archive:

RPG-X_Ultimate_Edition.exe
RPG-X_Ultimate_Edition-1.bin
RPG-X_Ultimate_Edition-2.bin
RPG-X_Ultimate_Edition-3.bin

use 7-zip to unpack the archive.
