Ex Astra Lite Editor

[Chris Wilkinson]

I'd like to announce that Klaw has been made Editor of Ex Astra Lite.

He did the first issue as a way to show what can be done with some intiative and in a short timescale. Based on the quality of the first issue, I'm sure he will do a brilliant job going forward.

Congratulations and good luck, Klaw!
