What happened to the Fleet

So I log in for the first time in a long time to find that the fleet is now no longer under the TLO control. What happened?

Everything succumbs to the bureau in the end.

Star Trek Online is no longer an officially supported TLO division due to a combination of different factors like time constraints and membership activity. SFC still controls the fleet and any TLO member is welcome to join.

Dude, you can't just casually mention the bureau. They're watching. They're always watching.
