Production Code: 4x04
Episode Title: "Ashes to Ashes"
Writer: Grizz
Air Date: 18th October 2014
"The death of one or more of the hostages is a very likely outcome..."
Michael Barnes, Jemma Etis and Tim Rogan are all in the hands of Denara Clarke and the Halkonian Fleet following a hasty retreat from Accobar. Believing her hostages to be leverage for control of the Accobi homeworld, Clarke has extended an invitation to the negotiation table aboard the
Orion itself in orbit of Rajusca. Knowing what they do (http://www.last-outpost.net/forum/index.php/topic,6994.0.html) about a tampered and dangerous sensor beacon in the system, Starfleet plans to lure the Halkonian cruiser in to a trap to cripple Clarke's incursion. However, unwilling to accept the loss of three valued officers and friends, Captain Mason puts everything on the line to make a deal to save them - back-channeling Starfleet Command and the President of the United Federation of Planets.
The day ends with a tense exchange on the moon's surface. One which becomes a turning point for all parties involved.

'Ashes to Ashes' 5 Teasers
1. We won't learn the truth behind the sabotaged beacon at Rajusca... but it's presence is much more welcome than it's first appearance.
2. Costello's ear is whispered in to on the Bridge. Followed by a wink and a leg tap.
3. Starfleet's plan to disable the Orion is sudden, reckless and high-risk. Orders from on high. I'll get back to you.
4. Mason briefly reverts back to her Season Two, game-playing introvert persona.
5. "Leap of faith, you and me, what do you say?"

I hope this is done by McClintock, and
nae'bdy else!
McClintock is going to be bitterly disappointed. Just as he was after making the move.

I'm not sure if I should be more concerned, or less so...
