a simple radiant restart seems to have solved it.

Ok,

so I released the USS Ark Royal on here a few days ago.
All is well.

But I decide I want to do something for EF1 aswell.
GTK Radiant is different enough as it is, but this problem is really quite something.

I've got 3 lights in my map, all at brightness 10.
But when i compile the map, only one light appears, and it appears to be brighter than what I intended.

Any ideas on this?

Cheers

Thank you!
Just upgraded to a crossfire set of HD 6950's, I didn't have to replace any DLL's, only rename the .exe to quake 3, but this is the only place I've found with an answer!

Cheers!

name your OS and it might be possible to create an ISO of the recovery disc.
Does the computer your on have a DVD writer and some form of ISO burning tool?

that's cool if it goes F2P pretty soon.
My worries about the high (for me) cost of paying every month goes drastically down, I can play all the time, and just pay for gold when I feel I need it.
Plus if they introduce a micro-transaction market, then i can still pay my dues to the guys at cryptic, without being too hard on the wallet.

You see, it's guys like you that think they can stroll in, make some smart remark, and think that they're absolutely right.

aaanndd......

you were :D

Exporting as smaller maps (in this case I exported each deck as 1 map) seems to work really well.
With some small exceptions.
It dosen't seem to export things that have been detailed, and won't export any patch>cylinders.
Normal patches are fine however, and it opens fine in GTK.

So thanks Telex! :)

We may be on to something here!

the function does work, but not well.

I made a 128x128x128 box, hollowed it out, and put a light in there. Saved it, exported it, and it opened up in GTK just fine.
It just doesn't seem to like larger maps... :(
