i have watched videos on the programe ive got all the basic but things like adding in warpcores and transporters caint see to find anything

hi all dose any 1 know how to use the mapping tool gtkRadiant am looking to get a model of a warp core and transporter pad but caint seem to find.

i find that am downloading maps and there dependences putting them were the meant to go i  cant ever find them even when i press /map the the map name. and also get errors like bad shades when trying to get on rp severs cames up as

got missing texturs on uss dauntless also ive been downloading maps and caint find them in the list so stuck and ps i have downloaded all the depndises to go with them get so frustrated no can some 1 help plz

i have got maps that have missing textures and also when i down load maps the are not showing up any were,
hope some on can help

no don't have them I hear its something to do with the c++ I need to get it from Microsoft

I am on vista I get a message as soon is I click on the icon  I've tried reinstalling and the same just happens
