During the Great Battle over Eden, Normandy was undergoing last minute touch ups to her overhaul.... When a group of Pyramid shaped ships came out of the Valley of the Titans... and Attacked Satellite 9...

Upon Taking control of the Normandy, the assault Ceased - but the silence was soon broken again by the emergence of another Pyramid ship.... The Ra'sirian assisted Peirce and the Temporary crew of the Orion in the capture of the Normandy.... But with the odds against him, Peirce ordered the ship destroyed after having sabotaged the vessel....

In a last ditch effort, the Anubians (The people who stole the Normandy) sent the Technical Specifications to the Hadin... who have since demonstrated their amazing prowess in virtually instantaneous construction and deployment of ships...

The Normandy's AI has, as of yet, been recovered....
