The controls for Star Trek Online are stated using ingame tutorials (it is important you read and listen to this tutorial popups as much as you can). However, the basic controls for movement in ground are your WASD keys and Spacebar to jump. In space, WASD is used for movement, and spacebar fires your energy weapons/phasers, and alt-spacebar fires your torpedoes.
