TLO Services Feedback (and Downtime Notice)

Hi all,

TLO is committed to providing a great user experience accross all our services. Lately, we've been working with all our various hosts to fix some ongoing issues with server performance - this covers the website, RPG-X, Minecraft, and so on.

To help us better understand any issues that are occurring, and the needs of you, the members, we've created a short survey about your experiences using TLO's services. You can access it below:

It would be a massive help to the Technical department and TLO as a whole if everyone reading this, member or not, frequent user or not, fills out the survey. It'll run for at least a week, possibly longer, but don't delay!

PS: One additional note. Our webhost has informed us there will be some planned downtime this Wednesday at midnight PST (3:00 AM EST). A short downtime is expected, not more than a couple of hours. This downtime is for immanence to correct issues that we and many other clients have been affected by.
