Starfleet Engineering Academy Dean
"Sheia is very good when it comes to the Technics of Systems Repair and adjustment, and I would like to have her assigned to the Pioneer Station after her previous assignments at the Corps of Engineers and the Beta Antares Shipyard.""Her skills are excellent when it comes to fixing things, whether it is an EPS Conduit or something a little more difficult which she had shown in her practical examinations."
