Merger Agreement Signed with ST-O-RP

Merger Agreement between The Last Outpost (TLO) and Star Trek Online Role Play (ST-O-RP)

1. Star Trek Online Role Play ST-O-RP agrees to merge into The Last Outpost (TLO).

2. All ST-O-RP officers who are not currently members of TLO will be given members access to the TLO boards, along with an appropriate rank comparable to their ST-O-RP rank, to be determined by the council with the advice of Brex. All of these members will be subject to the TLO CoC upon being given rank and members access.

3. The ST-O-RP servers and forums will be brought offline at the end of the relevant payment period, and ST-O-RP officers will transfer any needed files to the TLO forums/server.

4. ST-O-RP's Banting SRP will be granted an SRP commission in TLO immediately, and be given all the priveledges of a TLO SRP. The Banting SRP may not take place during a timeslot currently occupied by a TLO SRP.

5. Brex will be given the rank of Staff Officer, and will be granted all the rights and priveleges associated with that position.

6. All monetary costs for maintaining the group will be the responsibility of TLO. TLO assumes no past liabilities from ST-O-RP with this merger.

7. No current ST-O-RP server admins will be given server admin status on the TLO server by this agreement.

8. With this agreement, the TLO council authorizes the formation of an STO division within TLO to be lead by Brex who will hold the authority necessary in the formation and maintenance of that division

9. Both parties acknowledge that TLO remains a community, not a clan. TLO will continue to allow officers to be in more than one fleet, if they so choose.

10. This agreement must be approved by the ST-O-RP leadership and the TLO council, and signed by the leaders of both groups. In addition, this agreement must be approved by the majority of TLO members to be ratified.
