Episode Summary:

May 7th, 2380.
The third trial of the Omega 13 device on the Genesis Station facility is about to start. The science crew is preparing the device for the trial. Dr. P'Trell apologizes to Commander Delacourt for something that happened during the week. She urges again that the safety of the station is of the highest importance to her. Chief Engineer Li has started the final diagnostic sequence before the test can start. Lt. Fraser detects some strange readings, but the station still goes to Blue Alert for the trial.

When the final diagnostic is complete, all crew stand clear from the device as Dr. P'Trell activates it. Suddenly, the station shakes, red alert is activated but the Omega 13 keeps active. Before anyone can see whats going on, Dr. P'Trell has rushed to the emergency console, trying to disconnect the device. The station is bathed in a warm energy and just as Dr. P'Trell hits the reset button...

May 1st, 2380.
The crew of Genesis Station are applauding at the activation of the Omega 13 device. They have worked together for a long time to complete it and all are proud it is finally done. Commander Delacourt congratulates the science and engineering staff on their work. Dr. P'Trell however, seems a bit distracted as she pulls her hand off the activation console. After a small speach, everyone starts to do their part on diagnosing the device. Dr P'Trell asks the astrometics officer Leo Goodman, to send her the latest star chart he has mapped. Leo makes his way to astrometrics and continues his research and sends the map tot he doctors quarters. Chef Bristol-Hewitt goes to prepare for the party later on the day to celebrate the device's activation.

Commander Delacourt warns Dr. P'Trell that she should mind station safety at all times. She also calls in the chief engineer to talk about the doctors strange behavior during the activation of the device. Dr P'Trell herself visits Doctor Adams, but he concludes nothing is wrong with her, something he reports to the commander later at the commanders request. After some discussions, the crew make their way to the messhall where chef has prepared some delicious pastries and other knik-knacks. There is a discussion about time and all its intricacies and a toast on the new device. The station crew is ready to begin unraveling the mysteries of Quantum Tunneling...

That is possible, i did try to involve medical and you did have an important part in giving Dr Ptrell a clean bill of health. I try to keep everyone at least remotely involved in the plot at all times, however there are times in which certain positions on the station might have less to do. You can either work by yourself and create a sub-plot you are working on, or pm me, Telex or Andromeda and request to be involved in the plot. I encourage members to start their own sub-plots however and develop their own characters. That being said, don't feel left out because at some times your character might have less to do, that could happen but not every plot/episode can focus on every department. I hope you will have more fun next times, there will certainly be episodes where the CMO will have more to do!

I felt totally into it, and largely because I made fun things to do for myself. Martin's instructions to me consisted of pressing a button at one point in the SRP. The rest of the time, I did what I wanted within the story. (of course, checking with Martin to see if certain things gelled with his vision) There were a lot of people on the server, and there was a lot going on. John, if you want to be more involved in the story, try to be there for the whole thing and try to involve yourself, otherwise you may miss some good plot points and opportunity to RP.

Hey I just relished the opportunity to get my in-game character totally tanked, while I did the same!  Thanks Bristol! :D
